How do I pay for my registration?

When registering, you may select from several payment options:

  1. Credit Card (the fastest way to guarantee your spot in a class),
  2. Check (if you do not require an invoice to generate payment)
  3. Purchase Order (if you need us to bill you or your organization; if you select this option, you’ll need to enter the PO number in the box that will appear)

Note that payment is due within 30 days.

What does the registration fee include?

Unless otherwise indicated, your registration fee includes the training you receive plus materials, handouts, manuals, etc. Please note that food and beverages are not normally provided for face-to-face classes. Check your email registration confirmation for exact details.

What if I need to cancel my registration for a class?

Individuals registered for face-to-face classes must cancel at least 2 business days in advance to avoid a “no show” fee. Substitutions may be made at any time for each day of scheduled training at no additional charge, however you must modify your registration to indicate that a substitution is being made. To modify your registration, click on the Review, change, or update your registration link in the email confirmation you received at the time you registered.

Are classes ever rescheduled?

Although we make every effort to conduct courses as scheduled, we may from time to time be forced to reschedule a course due to bad weather or other extenuating circumstances. If there is sufficient time to provide advanced notification, we will contact you to advise you of the change. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or weather issues, please follow the inclement weather policy of the public school system of the county in which the class is being held. Please check with local TV and radio stations to obtain this information. We will notify you of the new date for the class.

The location of each face-to-face class is posted in the Class Schedule section of our website, and a link to directions is available when you register.


What is the proper attire when attending a class?

Normally, “business casual” attire is appropriate for our training sessions. Because it is sometimes difficult to control the temperature in the various training facilities we use, it is advisable to bring along a sweater or light jacket for your comfort.

What if I’m interested in a class that isn’t scheduled?

If there is a course you would like to take that is not scheduled, please contact us.

Can classes be customized to meet my needs?

Yes! We can develop courses based on needs expressed by professionals like yourself. In addition, we customize a program specific to your organization’s needs. Contact us for details.
